Demise Due To Massive Heart Attack Post Minor Ortho-related Surgery, Had Vomiting, Back Pain Post Operation. EKG In Such Condition?

my brother recently died of a massive heart attack . Hehad undergone aminor surgery a few days earlier for some ortho problem and had vomittings even after he came home, the aftereffect of anaesthesia. Though he didnt complain of chest pain , he did complain of back pain which was mistakenly related to his ortho conition. how does the ecg look like in such patients
