Delayed Periods, Swollen Breasts, Discharge, Brown Bleeding, Rh Negative. History Of Abortions. Treatment?
my girlfriend thought she was pregnant. Late period, swollen breasts which have continued the last three months. now they are leaking as well. She is RH negative and did not recieve a shot she was supposed to have after her third abortion . She has been bleeding every month but it has started each month with a brown to black mudlike blood . She has had a horrible taste in her mouth for weeks that will not go away with brushing. Refuses to go to a doctor. How bad could this be?

Hi welcome to health care magic forum. Both of you should know about the mmenstrual cycles and pregnancy before coming to a conclusion that she is pregnant. Periods start with menarchy and end with menopause. If there is sex only egg and sperm fuse to form zygote to grow into a baby then periods stop till delivery of the baby. with out sex pregnancy is not possible. Secondary amenorrhoea may be caused by anaemia, infection copd etc. which also may cause engorgement of the breast etc. false pregnancy can cause all the symptoms of pregnancy including false delevary.
If any one have doubt of pregnancy they can get it excuded or confirmed by urine pregnancy test even at home. She has got a defenite infection so i advise her to consult a gynaecologist for diagnosis and treatment.
Besides i advise her some diet recomendations as take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, milk egg, meat, sea foods, fruits, and juices to improve blood, general health, and resistance to combaat such conditions. thank you for calling.

Hi Dear thanks for your question,your girl friend had delayed periods for three months, along with swollen breast and now having brown to black mudlike discharge along with bleeding.Dear your girl friend may be right all these are symptoms are of pregnancy and what she is having now is anther abortion .it is better for you to get her ultra sound done ,to look for the product of conception,and go for D & C,if product of conception are there.you have not mentioned the periods of her pevrious abortion ,so that being RH Negative Dose of Anti D can be prescribed,Regarding bad breath she needs completes gastro intestinal check up.for any further check up welcome back to HCM
