Delayed Periods, Spotting, Fever, Nausea, Swollen Sore Gland On Neck. Pregnant?

Hi, I'm a 22 year old female. I think Iay be pregnant but I think I may be paranoid too. I was suppose to get my period on the 14th but I missed it. I had spotting for about 24 hours a little over a week before my period. 5 days ago I got sick, sore throat fever and I'm nausea at my stomach. I feel a little better but I've had the fever for about 3 days and still no period, my glands in my neck are swollen its still a little sore.

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The delay in your periods could be related to pregnancy or due to the stress caused by the minor infection that you are having. The best way is to get your urine tested for pregnancy using a home pregnancy kit.
