Delayed Periods, Negative Pregnancy Test, Cramps And Breast Pain, Cause ?

I am 37 i have not had a period since jan 2012 they are usually every month without fail. I feel every day that I will have a period as i often get cramps and breast pain associated with period. I have taken three pregnancy tests all negative. I also keep getting reoccuring lumps under left arm pit filled with puss not sure if this may be related

Hello;
Thanks for your query.
Since you have missed period although you had regular periods before that means there is some issue.
Three negative pregnancy test suggest that you are not pregnant.
So the cause of not getting periods can be hormonal imbalance,mental stress,PCOD(poly cystic ovaries),
and it needs to be investigated.
I would suggest you to consult a Gynaecologist and get investigated for the cause and she will prescribe medicines for the periods to come.
