Delayed periods, fatigue, headache, vomiting, nausea, cravings for food, firmness in lower abdomen. Pregnant?

Hi I'm 22 I have one 3 year old boy and I think I'm pregnant, my mens was on the first week of april and I had sex on april 10, since then I'm feeling extreme tiredness, headache, vomiting nausea, hightened smell, and food cravings, on my calculation my period should come today, but its not giving me any signs of having it, and I'm feeling some firmness on my lower abdomen.. Can I be pregnant?

Hi the symptoms which u have told may be because of many things including early pregnancy.u can do a home pregnancy test and then meet your doctor .the symptoms can be there even if your not pregnant for eg: in case of viral fever .i suggest if your symptoms are very bad you right away meet your family doctor r your obgy. Donot get worked up and take care
