I am 25 days delayed in my period.i tried hpt during my 6th, 8th and 11th day of delayed and came back negative. on the 12th day, I decided to go to my ob, she did the IE and I had my transvaginal done. these was the finding Uterus 4.7 x 4.4 x 4.8 anteverted. Endometrium 0.71 triple line. Adnexal Right Ovary 3.0 x 2.2 x 2.6cm Lateral, Left Ovary 2.5 x 1.2 x 2.9cm posterolateral. Cervix 2.7 x 2.8 x 2.8cm None. Others: No fluid in the cul de sac. Diagnosis: Normal sized anteverted uterus, Trilaminar endometrium, Normal Ovaries. Today I am 25days delayed. LMP was Set.25-27, I just noticed that on my 14days of delayed(nov.8) I had one dot spotting on my undies like light brown, I had menstrual like cramping that s why I assumed that I will have my period anytime last week. I also had some clear white discharge, sensitive nipples but not tender or sore boobs. headches, backaches and stomach cramps. whats these can possibly be?

OBGYN 's  Response
Hi,'
Check you blood hormone levels. The imbalance in hormones often cause delayed periods. If pregnancy is ruled out and your usg is cleared, then hormonal imbalance is likely. Check prolactin, LH, FSH, and thyroid.
