Dark Scaly Skin On Top Of Pinky Kuckle. What Is This?

hi um i have this dark scaly skin on top of my right hand s pinky kuckle wat is this? I have been doing some self defense training that requires a huge amount of punching....but it s odd because my knuckles other than my pinky s knuckle tend to receive more of the impact and friction of the punch, i had this scaly skin though before i got into punching and now it has just gotten a bit darker, same goes for my left hand s pinky knuckle but it s a lot lighter than my right hand s

From your description it could be either psoriasis or callosity .
You will need to apply a thick Glycerin based moisturizer on the area as frequently as possible . Please book an appointment with the Dermatologist to check the area and any other areas of the skin clinically
