Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Hello,
I have studied your case. I would suggest you to get x ray of the hand to make sure that there is no fracture of the hand. If there is any fracture than you will need splinting of the finger.
If there is no fracture on x ray than you can continue with physiotherapy. Hot water fomentation is also helpful for you. You can also take brufen tablet for pain relief.
I hope this answer will be useful for you. Let me know if there is any other follow up questions.
thanks
