Dark Circle Under Eyes, Cough, Headache, Stomach Ache. Diagnosed As Constipation. What Is The Treatment?

My son has been experiencing issues for a few years now. He has dark circles under his eyes, coughs all the time, complains of head ache and stomachs aches, he get irritable easily. We have had him tested for all types of allergies, GI doctor says he is constipated. We can not seen to come up with a solution to help him. We have tried eliminating things from his diet such as cows milk and other lactose items, he has minimal sugar.

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe it appears to be a chronic disease, with defeciency symptoms. It is better if you mention his age etc.
It appears to be the tuberculosis, hepatitis B, etc .
The cough and headache could be due to allergy, eosinophelia, uvulitis, sinusitis, etc.
Anemia is the one which can cause all the above symptoms.
I to my patient with such symptoms prescribe cifixime, paracetamol, difenhydramine hydro chloride,hematinics. till the diagnosis is established.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and proteine rich foods, and fresh juice of palatable vegetables.
