It appears from your query that you are suffering from multiple problems and most if not all the symptoms appears to be related to anxiety and nutritional problem. You have not mentioned your age, exact time of each symptoms since the starting, any other sickness as you mentioned you are continuously sick, any blood tests or medical advice you have taken for the same. Dandruff is a simple problem of over flaking of the scalp and can be managed by simple daily hair wash. Bleeding gums is related to deficiency of vitamin C in diet so improve your diet. Rest of all the symptoms of heart, ear and lose motions may be related to anxiety state.
