Cut Finger, Lost Consciousness, Head Injury, Vomiting Post Eating, Pain In Bridge Of Nose. Treatment?

Hi, I cut my finger and lost consciousness and in that process I hit my head somehow. After that I tried to eat because I felt weak. But later on I vomitted everything I ate. Twenty minutes later, I laid down and try eating something again but vomitted again. Two hours later I ate and felt fine. Later on I felt fine but I woke up this morning and now my nose bridge has been hurting along with the right side of my head where I got the injury.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and thanks for the query
I read your mail in detail. In my opinion you must consult your neurologist and get your CT head done to rule out any contusion or collection of blood. Because you have Loss of consciousness and Vomiting (don't know about ENT bleed) present after the injury. We can not ignore these important symptoms which indicate that some thing is wrong due to head injury.
These symptoms may be due to stoke fear due to the injury but we needs to prove it by CT head.
So consult your neurologist and get your investigation done.
Best Wishes
