Creaking Sound In Right Ear On Performing Day To Day Activities. What Should I Do?

Hello, I have a very slight creaking sound in my right ear when i have my head at a pretty specific angle and turn it to the right at a pretty specific angle. I hear the creak most frequently when I m playing piano as my head is at the correct angle for the sound to occur. There s no pain, just a sound as if floorboards are creaking near my right ear.
