Cramps In Abdomen. Pregnancy Test Negative. Blood And Urine Tests Normal. What Might This Be?

Hi there, I'm 18 years old and female. I've been experiencing a somewhat mild pinching feeling in my lower stomach area that can varry from different pain levels.. Usually its just a pinch but some times it can feel like knives are slicing my nerves. Its been going on for maybe two or three months and I'm starting to worry.. My periods come regularly, but I have also been having unprotected sex with my boyfriend for 2 years and haven't gotten pregnant.. Could this be something that may be causing infertility? I know for a fact I have no infection or STI's. When I try to research my experience all I get are answers saying that its 'implantation cramps'. I've gone for pregnancy tests, done urine samples, had blood taken, done multiple home pregnancy tests, and they all give me the same answer. NEGATIVE. I'd really like to get pregnant, (even at such a young age.) And I'm hoping for it to happen soon but I'm worried this might be a sign of it possibly never happening... Do you have any suggestions or ideas on what this might be? I've tried contacting my doctor but can't get through. Nurses at the hospital can't find anything in urine or blood samples and my PAP tests come back perfectly.. Please help !?

dear user
continuous pain in lower abdomen , pelvic area might be because of PID that is pelvic inflammatory disease . this also delayed conception .
you should consult to your gynec . in this case ultrasonography abdomen is very much required .
go for follicular study to see the status of ovulation
consult to yr gynec.
as urine report normal chance of urinary tract infection is less.

best wishes
