Hello i have been having some cramping in my lower right abdomen and my whole lower back for 3 months I have had a regular period and have even taken a few preg. tests with negative result. Last night after intercourse I got very crampy major back pain bled all night and get very lightheaded and am still lightheaded I dont know what it is
