Cracked Sore Lips, Sore Tongue And Sore Bump, Headache, Bitter Tongue, Plugged Feeling In The Ears. What Could This Be?

Hi - I am a 31year old female in good health with no known illnesses. I just started having some strange symptoms with something new coming on each day. It started with dry, cracked and sore lips, then a sore tongue along the back sides, and a small sore bump. Now I have a headache, which is very rare for me, and a bitter taste in my mouth. I also have a strange sensation in my ears in that they're sore, but feel plugged. This all started about a week ago.

TAKE METRONIDAZOLE 200 MG BD FOR 10 DAYS TO CLEAR SINUSES
AND THIS WILL CLEAR STOMAACH ALSO
TKE FEXOFENADINE 120 MG BD TO DECREASE QUANTITY OF POSTNASAL DRIP
LIQUID ANTACID TDS
APPLY NEOMYCIN H OINTMENT IN NOSE BD
SEA WATER 2 DROPS AT NIGHT EACH NOSE THIS WILL CLEAR BACK OF THRAT AND EUSTACHAN TUBES AND EAR PROBLEMS
FOR PAIN FEVER AND HEADACHE CAN USE MEFANIC ACID TAB SOS
APPLY TRIAMSOLONE MOUTH PAINT ON AFFECTES TONGUE BACKOF THROAT AND OTHER PARTS IN THE MOUTH
