i am 15 year old boyi am just 5ft so i want to grow tall what are the execise and diet recommended please tell me is there any exercise and diet recomended and if there is mention it.

excercises like swimming, running ,yoga,stretching excercise are helpful to increase your height.basketball game helpful in icerease height.
take more proteins like egg, chicken,milk, soya.
lot of water.
adequate sleep.

hi cycling, swiming, runing ,jumping. have milk daily, fruits, vegetabls., dry fruits. hanging to pole can work.

have diet rich in calcium and protein like milk ,dairy products like paner,yogurt,banana,soyabeans,pulses,ragi flour etc.
Swimming,cycling are to be done.
tadasana exercise-early morning empty stomach.
