Could Yeast Cells Be The Cause Of Diarrhea?

My husband has been having diarrhea since yesterday fecalysis showed color brown watery WBC And Rbc none bacteria +4 remarks yeast cells seen. Meds right now are Hydrite, Erceflora, Hydrasec, Amoxicillin. I just wonder if the yeast cells are the one causing the diarrhea?
