Could The Severe Back Pain, Mood Swings And Bloated Stomach Be Due To Pregnancy?

Dear doc, We are planning to have a baby and we did not take any precautions since Feb 28th.Now I am having severe back pain,leg pains and bloated stomach.I also feel so hot temperatures and can t sleep at nights.I sleep late in the morning and having moods wings.please help. Jl

Hi.

I've gone through your query. I can understand your anxiety.

With the presenting complaints you have, it could be " Premenstrual Tension".

I would advice you to do, a urine pregnancy test in order to rule out pregnancy. Also you can do,
* YOGA
* Have salt restricted diet
* Avoid caffeine and alcohol
* capsule primosa once daily for 10days, if you are not pregnant. Have a consultation with your gynaecologist before taking this medicine.
