Could The Pregnancy Be Terminated After Taking Cytotec Pills For 3 Days?

I took cytotec pills to abort my 40 days old pregnancy, but I had very little blood flow, less than normal memstural flow. I took two again the next day and inserted two, only a clot of blood droped and some little blood. Inserted 2 again and swallowed two, but still nothing. But I have diarrahoa, I don't. Know if am still pregnant. After inserting and swallowing 12 cytotec pills.

YOU NEED pelvic scan to confirm the nature of expulsion whether it is complete or incomplete.
very early pregnancy may fail to expel after cytotec.
if the gestational sac is present in scan you need D&c TO REMOVE THE PRODUCTS OF CONCEPTION.
