knee pain due to mastubation
sir im 19yrs old . .n ive been matubating since 13 yrs of age. .in start the count wz normal , bt after 15 i got addicted i started doing it 7-8 times a day n dis continued for aroun 3 yrs. . . den i gradually reduced i still do it 1 or 2 times a day daily . . . .n from past 6 months im facing knee pain . . . .im a basketball player. . . bt from 4-5 months ive stopped playing. . .
i tried controling my urge. .. . n ive seen d difference when ever i stop pain starts to go away slowly. . . .. bt i really want to start my game. . . . so i want to ask . . .. what part of knee is effected . .like ligament or cartilage. . . .n can it be reverted . .. if i do exercise n rest n start controling mastubation. . .. . i kno dat cartilage problem cannot be reverted it can only be slow down .. . . so plzz tell me . ???
