Could The Loss Of Weight Be Due To Armour Thyroid Medication?

Went on Armour thyroid med One month ago. Stopped, didnt tolerate. Since in only that short time, have lost most all body fat and severe muscle wasting. Is Armour the culpri? Have since went back to levothyroxine and cymotel. Even have lost all muscle in my bottom. Geting worried

I have gone through your question.
I can understand your concern.

Armour or levothyroxine are thyroid supplement. You may have hypothyroidism and that leads to weight gain so you are given thyroid supplement. That are responsible for your weight loss.

If you have excessive weight loss then check your TSH level and set the dosage accordingly.
