Could The Knee Replacement Done In A Diabetic Patient Suffering From High BP Be Related To Groin Pain?

I am 71. I have type 2 diabetes, high BP, thyroid (low). I have ED. I try to masturbate and get some sort of orgasm. Just at that moment I get a right groin pain and my left leg cramps. There is no ejaculate. Overall, not very satisfying. I had knee replacement surgery over 10 years ago. Just prior to becoming sedated I felt a lot of pain when they inserted my urine folley. I still think it may have caused some kind of scarring.

Dear sir

For any surgical procedures, blood pressure and sugars should be stable.

It seems from your complaints you have erectile dysfuction, which occurs in diabetic patients when they are associated with neuropathy. especially autonomic and peripheral neuropathy.

Control blood pressure and sugars with in the normal range.

Methylcobalamine helps in decreasing the progression of neuropathy.

Thanks
