Could The Fluttering Sensation On My Head Be The Beginning Of A Migraine?
I am a 39 year old female, about 5 8, and I have had a history of migraines. Recently they seem to have subsided somewhat. But the last couple of days I ve had a a fluttering sensation on the top, left side of my head. Could this be the beginning of a migraine or possible something else ?
I've gone through your query. I can understand your anxiety.
Your symptoms might be due to Tension Headache / Classic Migraine without aura.
Migraine headache usually presents with Nausea, vomiting, stomach upset, dizziness, fluttering etc. I advice you to, 1. To take Analgesics like Naproxen /paracetamol & Triptans 2. Neck massage 3. Relaxation & Stretching exercises. 4. YOGA 5. Caffeine drinks 6. Avoid exposure to light, noise etc
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Get well soon.
