Could The Continuous Depo Shot On The Area Of Lower Right Side Is Causing Pain?

I went to the ER a couple days ago for pain in my lower right side and back. It was a sharp, pulsing pain. They took urine, blood, and did a cat scan, but didn t find anything. They gave me norco, but I am still in pain. They norco only makes it tolerable. It is now on both sides. I took depo for four years and got the shot near where it hurts now. I am wondering if anyone has an idea of what is going on and if the depo may be related to my pain now?
