I was depo for 5 years and experienced only spotting every 6 months or so. I have now been off of depo for a full year and im now taking birth control pills. In june, i had a period for 3 days that was very light. nothing in july and this month i had another period for 3 days. The first day it was dark brown but only appeared on the toilet paper. The last two days it was bright red. Is this something i should worry about? should i contact my doctor?
