Could Slight Pain In Right Lung Be Connected To Swollen Left Lower Leg With History Of Having Mild Varicose Vein?

I have just returned from a long flight and no sooner I removed my shoes I noticed swelling to my left lower leg with very minimal pain but after a couple of hours of rest the swelling went completely. I have a very mild varicose vein on this particular foot. This happened on Thursday the 30th January. Yesterday, the 4th February I felt a slight pleuratic kind of pain in my right side of lung (posterior) and am now worried whether this could have an relevance to the swelling in my left foot. I would appreciate your reply.................... .

Dear Madam,

Your swelling on the lower limbs may be connected to the the long flight but the pain in chest does not seem to have a correlation.
