Could Sharp Pains And Numbness In Arm Be Due To Fibromyalgia?

Hi I am 32 years old and relatively in good health. I have had many MRI s EKG s and xrays and blood test done on my chest and my arms to see if there s a problem because I m experiencing sharp pains. Could it be fibromyalgia and do those pains feel like a heart attack and cause numbness in my left arm in the front of my chest? These pains last all day just about every day. And what is the likelihood that the doctors could be missing something major?

Fibromyalgia is last diagnosis when all other disease are rule out. My first diagnosis in your case will be cervical spondylitis. In this there is nerve compression. So I would advice you to start taking pregabalin and methylcobal tablet. Also learn neck muscles strengthening exercises. You can apply diclofenec ointment over your shoulder. Avoid using high pillow.
