Could Severe Headaches Be The Withdrawal Symptom Of Smoking?
Im 20, been stopped smoking for 1month with the aid of nicorette stick. Ive had around 10 cigerates while i have 'quit' For a week now i have had a really bad headache for a week solid, but only on my lefthand side of the head. Also feeling tired all the time.
Quitting cigarettes can make some feel bad. The symptoms you mention do go away fairly soon. Tiredness paradoxically is improved by more exercise (and realizing that wihtout cigarettes you CAN do more). Oh, sometimes the nicorette can have mild effects on energy and gut..... hope this helps
