Could Pulsation In Penis During Urination And Nonempty Bladder Feeling Be Due To Stone?

Don't think I have a major kidney stone, but when I urinate, my penis puslates and I am up 4-6 times to urinate and I get the feeling my bladder is not empty. Could a small stone be lodged in the urethera? Has been going on for two weeks.

thanks,
