Could Meloxicam For Back Pain And Smoking Of Marijuana Cause Difficulty Sleeping And Hallucination?

Hi I have taken meloxicam to ease back pain. Throughout the night I have smoked quiet a bit of marijuana and am now finding myself not able to sleep and hallucinating much more than I ever have on marijuana. Could there be any corolation between the two?
