Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Her age is definitely not in the age group to develp oral cancer.
The tonsillar lesion could be benign thing like tonsillolith .
I would suggest you to send us a clinical photograph.

Take Care

Best Regards
