Could It Be An Imminent Heart Attack When There Is Sharp Pain In The Chest When Lying Down But All Related Tests Are Normal?

Hi I have got dvt in my leg but lately have been getting sharp pains in my chest especially at night when I lie down . I have been to hospital and was told my ecg was fine and my lungs sound ok also my bloods came back ok I m really scared . Also I can smell something strange . Please could u tell me whether I should go back to the hospital as I think I m going to have a heart attack

Hi, welcome to Health care magic forum.
You are using medicines for deep vein thrombosis. Probably those medicines might be causing gastric irritation referred to the chest.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms omeprazole, domperidone, and antasid gel.
Avoid taking spices, junk foods, and oily foods.
