Could It Be A Bad Case Of PMS If Having Irregular Periods, Nausea, Sore Breasts, Heartburn, Back Pain, Leakage In Nipples?

Hi my husband had vas 14 years ago. My worry is I have very irregular periods and I am experiencing nausea, sore breasts, heartburn back pain my nipples are also leaking a little. I'm so tired I could sleep all day. Could this just be bad case of pms.. I had a period 4 times 2 months ago then 3 times month after. I feel quite ill.. I have also been experiencing bad headaches over last 2 two weeks

Irregular period and other bodily symptoms could be possibly be due to premenstrual syndrome. Also possibility of polycystic ovarian disease is to be considered.
