Could Headaches, Nausea And Rashes Be Due To Nuclear Bone Scan Test?

I had a nuclear bone scan 2 days ago. I felt fine the day of. The next day I had a terrible headache and nausea. Today I woke with a terrible red and swollen throat. I could hardly swallow. I also have a rash on my neck and stomach. It does not itch. Could this be a reaction to the injection? Thanks CM
