Dear sir, you have rightly questioned. hair fall is one of the symptoms of hypothyroidism. but as per the reports the balance seems ok. she has been on same dos from last 2 years so that means her thyroid is almost balanced from last two years. hair fall starting from last few months is a pointer towards micronutrient and macro nutrient deficiencies which are more common in hypothyroidism. she must start taking B12, Calcium, vitamin D , proteins and iron supplementation along with maintaining a good thyroid balance. also she should take thyroid specific multivitamins rich in tyrosine.
