Could Genital Herpes Cause Abdominal Pain And Bloating?

I have genital herpes and my stomach is so big and im so bloated. I have been to the doctor and they can't seem to find anything wrong. could the herpes cause all the pain im having? i have abdominal pain, it shoots down my leg, my back. My stomach has been bloated for the past two months. Please advise.

dear genital herpes won't cause stomach pain and bloating. please check on your diet. avoid spicy food and alcohol.avoid dairy products, caffeinated drinks. use tab.pan 40 before breakfast,tab.simethicon twice a day for five days. if symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
