General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It can cause pain in armpit also.

As a first line management you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.

If symptoms persists better to consult a general surgeon and get it removed.

Nothing much to worry as it can be done under local anaesthesia.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
