Could Abdominal Pain Be Normal During Miscarriage?

hi, I'm 22 and at the end of november (2months ago) I had a miscarriage. It did really hurt at all, more like a heavy period and I felt fine really afterwards. I have now had another miscarriage 2 days ago and this miscarriage was very different. I had a severe headache and fever threw the night, almost like a flu, with cramping but no blood. When I woke up in the morning I went toilet and there was quite a lot of blood and a lot of clots, some bigger then others. This bleeding and clotting carried on till about early evening the same day. But I now have really bad pains in my stomach area like I have been punched really hard a couple of times and still some cramping from time to time. I'm still bleeding although the clots seem to have stopped. But is this abdominal pain normal??? As I can't even stand up straight it hurts dat bad...
