Could A Painless Lump In Armpit Indicate Breast Cancer, Have Myasthenia Gravis?

I have a lump about the size of a large marble under my arm between my armpit and elbow not painful to touch but my shoulder aches I also had a breast cancer scare a couple of months ago same side right and the Drs are just watching the lum now I am worried could be related I also have Myasthenia Gravis

A painless lump in the armpit could represent a lymph node, which could be enlarged due to breast cancer. Normal lymph nodes are typically about the size of a small marble.
