Hi there, Thanks for your query. Firstly, the dose of Propranolol is too low to cause any side effects. Further, people suffering from chronic anxiety, tend to have acute panic reactions, which can account for heavy head and off balance. I presume that you are NOT on any anti-anxiety drugs. Lastly, heavy head, dry eyes and mouth and balance problems may suggest a possibility of an autoimmune disease called Sjogren s syndrome, which is commonly associated with other autoimmune diseases. You therefore, need further evaluation to rule out/identify the autoimmune disease. At the same time, you should also take anti-anxiety treatment. Consult your doctor and apprise him of my opinion.
