Hello dear,I understand your concern. In my opinion as the period was on april 1st the 9 th of april comes under safe period. So the chances of pregnancy are rare. The thickened endometrium will not be able to diagnose pregnancy.Infact the pregnancy is diagnosed on Transvaginal ultrasound at 5 weeks and Transabdominal ultrasound at 6 weeks. The ovulation might occur on 14 th april if the expected period is on 28 april. And the intercourse during that time results in pregnancy.
