Could Dogmatil Cause Neuroleptic Malgnant Side Effects?

Hi;Iam a psychiatrist,i have one patient with neuroleptic malignant syndrome ,i am treating him with dogmatil 200 mg 1*2 ,but still the patient has increasing cpk despite the specific treatment of the condition.is dogmatil can cause few neuroleptic malgnant side effects? thank you
