Cough, Sinus Pressure, Stuffy Nose, Neck Pain, Green Discharge From Nose. What Could Be This?
About a week ago I came down with what I thought was bronchitis just a really bad cough that sounds like a dog three days later it turns into sinus pressure and stuffy nose two days ago I woke up with severe neck pain at the hair line on the right side along with a lot of line green discharge from nose and cough today I wake up and the neck pain is worse can not look left or right and now it has radiated to the top of my head and down to my right side of my chest and hurt when I breathe
I read your complaints and as per your symptoms it appears as you are suffering from acute respiratory tract infection involving sinuses, nose, throat and lungs. As you said about pressure in sinuses that is because of infection in sinuses and same is also giving green discharge from nose.
After this a thorough examination and clinical co-relation with inferences of above investigations will pin point the diagnosis which may be accordingly plan for treatment.

Cough, Sinus Pressure, Stuffy Nose, Neck Pain, Green Discharge From Nose. What Could Be This?
Welcome in H.C.M. I read your complaints and as per your symptoms it appears as you are suffering from acute respiratory tract infection involving sinuses, nose, throat and lungs. As you said about pressure in sinuses that is because of infection in sinuses and same is also giving green discharge from nose. Your pain in neck is due to severe throat infection involving soft tissue of neck. For management point of view you are advice for these investigations- (a) X-Ray Paranasal sinuses ( occipitomental view ) (b) X-Ray Chest ( P.A.view ) (c) Culture & Sensitivity of nasal discharge. (d) Blood- CBC, ESR, Blood sugar ( F & PP ). After this a thorough examination and clinical co-relation with inferences of above investigations will pin point the diagnosis which may be accordingly plan for treatment.
