Constipated. Stool Sensation Ends With No Result. Took Milk Of Magnesia. Have Periods Now. What Else?
I feel like I am constipated. I feel as if I should need to go, but I just can t. If I attempt to push, I feel pain/pressure so I just stop and walk away. My stomach feels bloated, but that could be because I am also on my menstrual cycle. This sucks and I wish it would just go away. What can I do? I took Milk Of Magnesia last night around 10 as well. Please help!
Madam ,Good Day !
It would be helpful to know how old you are. Seems like you have a condition
of " Spastic Colon". I would like to know your dietary habits as well. I assume
that you are eating enough fresh vegetables and fresh fruits and adequate
amount of liquids during the day. Also walking daily will be helpful.
Over the counter stool softners with a full glass of water will also help.
Always check the medications that you may have been prescribed, because
some of the side effects could be constipation. Make sure your doctor checks
your Thyroid blood tests since underactive Thyroid could cause constipation.
Hope this helps,
Wish you the very best
