Constantly hungry, thirsty, weight gain post child birth. Causes for symptoms?

Hi, I have been having constant hunger for a while now. To the point i eat more than i ever would have been able to before and straight away i have hunger pains and feel empty like i havent eaten? i also had a sugar level a while ago of 2.8 after eating? Also i am very thirsty. I have gained 2 stone since i had my baby 4 months ago from this constant need for food. but i am never satisfied. Please help.

More or less your clinical description closely matching towards of Diabetes. so i advise you to consult physician and get done your HbA1c, Fasting and Post-lunch sugar levels with corresponding urine sugars.
