I have a constant pain in my right and left upper arms and shoulder
An almost tingling sensation which itches, is very painful and there is no visible rash but I have tried everything to help....icepaks, soothing gels..nothing works....I have CODP also.....What can you suggest please?

Thanks for consulting.As you told it might be due to some nerve irritation. Any pain in back of neck? take tab methylcobalamine plus Pregabalin. Along with some NSAID like Aceclofenac sustained release and tab Myotop ( Tolperisone150mg) twice a day. Tolperisone is a skeletal muscle relaxant.Please do it for 7 days. then see.
