Condyloma Fulguration On Anus And Rectum, Severely Constipated, Tired Mag Citrate, Enema, No Help. Solution ?
Son had condyloma fulguration on anus and rectum Wednesday has had one bowel movement since but for the last three days has been severely constipated and is noe wretching with dry heaves we have tried mag citrate and a fleets enema with no improvement is lightheaded and obviously nauseated should we be concerned or would this be normal Cè YYYY@YYYY

There is often a transient intestinal shock after a surgery on the intestines.
Give him a stronger laxative containing Liquid Paraffin OR Lactulose 30ml twice daily for 48 hours.
You should immediately consult your treating doctor, who will assess for complication (if any) of fulguration and also prescribe the advised laxative.
