Hi,

I can understand your concern for the Condom break during intercourse with HIV infected person. You haven't told the time period when the incidence occurred.

There are chances of HIV infection if during the complete intercourse you were not aware of the status of the condom. You can go for ELISA test after 6 weeks at the earliest and then at 3 months to know the exact status of yours.
A negative test after 33 months is confirmatory.

If at all you are really tensed and can not wait then RNA PCR can be done after 15 days of last unprotected exposure.

All the best.
