Cold Symptoms, Phlegm In Nasal Cavity, Vomiting With No Bile. Advise?

Getting over cold symptoms, mostly phlegm in nasal cavity and throat. Today I went to drink and eat soft cereal and it got stuck in my chest- would not go down and when it came up, it was phlegm-like. Vomiting with no bile.

Now I'm afraid to eat anything and even drinking water causes some discomfort. I've had this feelIng before when not sick but never this badly. Please advise.

hi i had gone through your query and understand your concerns. i would come up with the possibility of SINUSITIS is the cause for your sufferings.

the possible causes include;

-allergy
-inadequate nutrition
-pollution of air and water
-general poor health
-underlying dental infections
-excessive consumption of starchy and sugary foods and milk
-stress
-DYSBIOSIS;is a condition where there is the presence of abnormal intestinal bacteria.this is the often major underlying cause of food sensitivity.

treatment option;
i advise you taking Homeopathic medicines gives safe and permanent cure for your complaints of sinusitis and allergy
consult your local homeopathic physician for correct diagnosis of the case and remedy to fit your complaints
I hope this is helpful for you, thank you

Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
I would come up with these possibilities , these includes.
1 Asthmatic allergic bronchitis , diagnosis can be confirmed by physical examination and clinical history of illness . As you are complaining that there develops phlegm in throat and nose , actually this is a post nasal discharge .
This is the characteristic feature of asthmatic allergic bronchitis .
Consult a physician and get his opinion and treatment regarding this case.
2 The cereal which stuck in your chest was actually due to esophagitis and regurgitation due to impacted phlegm ( or expectoration) , hence you vomits . So for this take antacid ( better which have local anesthetic in it) 3-4 times in day.Still you feel trouble then consult an E N T and get his opinion.
3 Sometimes recurrent cold develops bronchiectasis , diagnosis can be confirmed by X ray and physical examination by a physician.
In my opinion first of all consult a physician and get hsi opinion and treatment for asthmatic allergic bronchitis.
Good luck. Dr. HET
