I would come up with these possibilities , these includes.
1 Asthmatic allergic bronchitis , diagnosis can be confirmed by physical examination and clinical history of illness . As you are complaining that there develops phlegm in throat and nose , actually this is a post nasal discharge .
This is the characteristic feature of asthmatic allergic bronchitis .
Consult a physician and get his opinion and treatment regarding this case.
2 The cereal which stuck in your chest was actually due to esophagitis and regurgitation due to impacted phlegm ( or expectoration) , hence you vomits .
