Cold, Sore Throat, Shivering, Fever, Body Ache, Headache. Suggestion?

Hi, I had cold symptoms earlier this week (sore throat, coughing etc..) then last night I woke up in middle of night in so much pain. My body aching, skin sore, I was shaking and shivering cold even though I was boiling hot to the touch. I have woke this morning and although the shivering has calmed down I am still aching and it hurts to move and my skin is still really sore and I have a bad headache. Hope you can help?

Hello .
Thanks for the query .
The symptoms that you are experiencing such as fever , body aches and chills ate suggestive of an infection such as malaria , dengue , enteric fever. I would suggest you to get a complete blood test including malarial parasite smear , dengue IgG and I gM , blood culture to help in the diagnosis . You can also use antipyretics to reduce the body temperature .
Thank you
